| Some manufacturer’s
designs require an additional device to control the ink temperature.
This separate temperature control device can create too great
of a temperature difference between the air temperature and
the print table. This difference can cause condensation on
the print table which when mixed with the ink causes loss
of quality. Lamin’s superior design requires no separate
temperature device. Their design keeps the ink at the proper
temperature throughout the printing process. One of the ways
they accomplish this is to extent the PS plate table. Although
this increases manufacturing cost, it assures that the ink
is a the proper consistency throughout the job. |
